Back to School Event 2019

The Back to School Event will be on Friday, August 2. Again the Medical van from Ronald McDonald’s Childrens’ Charity and the Dental Squad from the DuPage Health department will be here for physicals, immunizations and dental exams. If your child needs a physical exam. Click on the link for English or Spanish, complete the forms today and drop them off at the school by July 11 to reserve your spot. If you should have any questions feel free to call the school office Monday-Thursday from 8 am – 11:30 am before July 11.
