The district does not withhold a student’s grades, transcripts, or diploma because of an unpaid balance on the student’s school account.

ACT/SAT scores are not included on transcripts. You must make arrangements directly with the testing company and pay their required fees. For ACT scores, visit ACT's Website and for SAT scores, visit the College Board Website.

Current York seniors requesting transcripts for college/university admissions must use Naviance and/or visit the CCRC Website for additional directions. Seniors requesting transcripts for scholarship applications should use the Senior Transcript Request Form (also found in Schoology).

Current York students requesting a transcript (official or unofficial) for other reasons must use this transcript York Student Transcript Request Form and bring it to the Registrar's Office for processing. For unofficial transcripts only, students may also email the registrar to receive a pdf copy returned via email.

Graduates of York High School and previously enrolled students should use Parchment to request a transcript. Parchment requests collect electronic payment and send transcripts electronically.

Dual Credit Transcripts from Indiana University or College of DuPage need to be ordered from their respective records/registrar offices. Indiana University uses this website for current students and alumni. Additional information and contact information about IU ACP can be found on their IU ACP Handbook The College of DuPage uses Parchment and additional information and contact information regarding COD dual credit transfer can be found on their Student Records page. Please note that York students may need to know their University ID numbers to request records. If you are having trouble locating that number, contact the University. York may not have your University ID information, especially for alumni.
